表示時(shí)間的介詞

(1)at:用于表示時(shí)刻，時(shí)間的某一點(diǎn)，年齡，就餐時(shí)間

at noon在午時(shí) at night在夜間 at present目前

(2)on:用于星期幾，某天，某一天的上午、下午、晚上(指具體的某一天時(shí)，一律用,也可以說(shuō)是上午、下午、晚上有修飾的一律用ON),特定的時(shí)間、含day的節(jié)日

on Sunday 在星期天

on Sunday morning 在星期天的上午

on March 8 在3月8日

(3)in:用于表示周、月、季節(jié)、年、泛指上午、下午、晚上。

in 1999 在1999年 in November 在11月份

in summer 在夏季 in the afternoon在下午

in + 時(shí)間段：過(guò)……后(內(nèi))，用于將來(lái)時(shí)

I think he will be back in an hour.

我想他一小時(shí)后就會(huì)回來(lái)。

I heard that she would be back in a month.我聽(tīng)說(shuō)她一個(gè)月后回來(lái)的。

(4)after：在……之后

after that ,no one should ever kill a seagull .

從那時(shí)起，任何人不得捕殺海鷗。

after + 時(shí)間段：在……之后，用于過(guò)去時(shí)。

(5)before：在……之前

Wei hua got up before 7 o’clock this morning .

今天早晨，魏華在7點(diǎn)之前起床了。

He won’t come back before five.

(6)by：到……為止，截止(到)……

By the time i arrived ,she had already gone .

在我到達(dá)之前，她已經(jīng)走了。

The work must be finished by Friday.

We had three meetings by last Friday.

(7)for：達(dá)……之久(表示過(guò)了多少時(shí)間),可以和一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)，過(guò)去時(shí)，將來(lái)時(shí)連用，但是經(jīng)常和完成時(shí)連用。

Florence often worked for twenty-four hours without rest .弗洛淪斯常常工作24小時(shí)而不休息。

(8)since：自……以來(lái)(表示從以前某時(shí)直到現(xiàn)在仍在繼續(xù))

Since + 時(shí)間段 + ago

Since + 時(shí)間點(diǎn)

Since + 一般過(guò)去時(shí)的句子

Since that time ,my eyes had never been very good.

從那時(shí)起，我的眼睛一直不是很好。

(9)during：在……期間

During the lifetime of one man , north America and Europe will more further apart by nearly two meters .

在一個(gè)人的一生期間，北美洲和歐洲由于漂移，其間的距離將要增加差不多兩米。

(10)through：一直……(從開(kāi)始到結(jié)束)

He ,who led the united states through these years ,was shot on April 14, 1865 ,at a theater in Washington

領(lǐng)導(dǎo)美國(guó)度過(guò)了這些年代的他，于1865年4月14日在美國(guó)華盛頓一家戲院里被人槍殺。

(11)from：從……起(時(shí)間)

the workers were made to work from 7 in the morning to 7 in the evening .工人們被迫從早7點(diǎn)工作到晚7點(diǎn)。

From…to…：從一點(diǎn)時(shí)間到另一點(diǎn)時(shí)間。

(12)within:不……超過(guò)的范圍

he will arrive within an hour .他一小時(shí)內(nèi)就人到。

(13)until/till: 用于某動(dòng)作或狀態(tài)延續(xù)到某一時(shí)間終止。Until可用于句首，而till不用于句首。不可延續(xù)則用not…until

Alice didn’t go to bed until 11 p.m. last night.

Wait here until the rain stops.

Don’t get off the bus until it stops.
